Sensabaugh missed the recent minicamp?

Maybe I just missed this but I had no idea Gerald Sensabaugh missed the recent Minicamp with a sore knee, read here.

Safety Gerald Sensabaugh had arthroscopic surgery on his right knee recently, which could keep him off the practice field when the Dallas Cowboys open training camp in Oxnard, Calif., in two weeks, according to sources.

Sensabaugh missed several organized team activity workouts and the mid-June minicamp. Coach Jason Garrett said the decision to sit Sensabaugh was more of a precaution. When the knee continued to bother Sensabaugh, it was decided to go in for a cleanup.

Sensabaugh will be able to report for rehab only on July 25 at Valley Ranch when rookies, first-year players and quarterbacks practice at Valley Ranch. The hope is Sensabaugh can take part in the Cowboys’ first full-squad practice in Oxnard on July 30, but the team will be cautious.

Damn this team has a ton of players coming into camp all banged up. Get well ASAP Gerald.

You weren’t alone on this one! Apparently, they were conveniently not saying anything about it until today when the report says he “should” be ready for camp. Then we’ll find out he’s being held out for a few weeks for precautionary reasons.
