Of course they are trading Mike Jenkins

First thing I wrote on Twitter last night was ‘Later Jenkins’. You can’t keep him and then lose him for nothing after this season. This is the last year of his contract.

So now we wait and see if they can get a 4th round pick for him, read here.

NFL Network’s Albert Breer reported, based on conversations with multiple team executives, that Jenkins’ market value could be around a fourth-round draft pick.

So I will take the 4th rounder and package to move up in this draft for another player that helps the defense. If no one bites on a 4th rounder then wait until training camp when some team loses a CB to injury and then trade him. But there is no way he stays on this team throughout the 2012 season.

No way.. You need more than 2 quality starters CBs. What happens in Carr get hurts? This a passing league. Keep Jenkins and let him walk in free agency.
