Sports agents have great jobs. They tell their clients they are better than they really are and then when the player holds out for the most money and teams crumble the agent gets big bucks as well.
Spencer decided to sign his franchise deal today, read here.
Cowboys outside linebacker Anthony Spencer has signed the $8.8 million tender the club offered him when he was slapped with franchise tag in March.
Spencer was hoping to secure a long-term deal and switched agents earlier this month, leaving Roosevelt Barnes and signing with Dallas-based Jordan Woy.
Would not be surprised at all if Spencer is traded on draft day. Cowboys just have to make sure they grab another pass rusher in this draft to compliment Victor Butler.
