All of his teammates are going have his back, but if this leads to a suspension I am sure some players will react harshly with Dez in private. And that’s the right move.

Richie Whitt: Dez admitted to assaulting his mother

*Talked to a source within the DeSoto Police Department this morning. He says that, according to one of the detectives working the case, Dez Bryant admitted to assaulting his mother when he turned himself in to the cops Monday afternoon. That would explain Dez’s silence. His lack of a statement. His sudden absence from Twitter. He did it. And he’s ashamed. At least that’s my theory.

Maybe this is why the Cowboys have not put out a statement just yet. Although I am not sure if Jerry and Stephen will ever advise Dez to sit at a podium and answer questions on this subject.
